These Terms & Conditions govern your use of perfectdestination.online and the services provided by Perfect Destination. By using our website or booking through us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Our Service

Perfect Destination is an independent third-party travel agency. We are not a rail carrier and do not own or operate any trains, stations or transportation services. We are not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Amtrak® or any other rail carrier, airline, or government agency. We act as an intermediary to help you research and book travel services provided by independent carriers. You may also book directly with the carrier without using our service.

3. Pricing & Service Fees

The total price of a booking consists of the carrier's fare (including any applicable taxes and carrier charges) plus our service fee for booking assistance.
The service fee is disclosed to you and must be approved by you before we process any payment.
Fares are set by the carrier, are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed and ticketed.
Your card statement may show separate charges from the carrier and from us.

4. Booking & Payment

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to make a booking.
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates, contact information and travel details. Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.
By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize the charges you have approved.
A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us or the carrier.

5. Carrier Terms

All travel is subject to the terms, conditions of carriage, fare rules, baggage policies and other policies of the operating carrier. The carrier is solely responsible for the transportation service, including schedules, delays, cancellations, equipment, on-board services and safety.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the carrier's fare rules, which may include fees, fare differences or non-refundable conditions. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on how our service fee is handled.

7. Travel Documents & Identification

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification and any documents required for their journey, and for arriving at the station in time for boarding.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Destination is not liable for any act, error, omission, delay, cancellation, injury, loss or damage caused by a carrier or other third-party supplier, or by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, mechanical issues or government action). Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the service fee paid to us for the booking in question.

9. Website Use

Information on this website — including routes, travel times and amenities — is provided for general guidance only and may not be current or complete. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

The content and design of this website are owned by Perfect Destination. Third-party trademarks, including Amtrak®, belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

11. Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
